A Manifesto for Digital Messiness

The Splacist (splā sĭst) Manifesto represents a vision of the city as a space for playfulness, a space beyond the limits of planners’ visions and one where the digital is ‘tool and material’ and not just veneer. Splacism is a contemporary mode of practice proposed by Paul Conneally. A new set of ideologies defined by Hannah Nicklin and Nikki Pugh.
